Google Ads and Google Analytics data

If you choose to include reporting of your Google Ads or Google Analytics data within AZoIntel, you must grant AZoNetwork access to this data via your Google account.

  • Access to your Google Ads and Google Analytics data is made by AZoNetwork
  • Authorization for Google Ads data is made through the Google application AZoIntel Ads Reporting
  • Authorization for Google Analytics data is made through the Google application AZoIntel Analytics Reporting
  • These application names are presented to you during the authorization process

Google Data We Access

Data we access through your Google account is strictly limited to data needed for us to report the performance and analysis of your Google Ads and Google Analytics services. The authorization process to grant AZoNetwork access to your Google data requests permission to these Google services specifically and nothing else.

AZoNetwork's access to your Google data is read-only. AZoNetwork does not update any of your Google Ads or Google Analytics data. Google data we access includes:

  • Google Ads data: Campaigns, Ad Groups, Ads, Keywords, Conversions, Search Terms and Budget data
  • Google Analytics data: Audience, Acquisition, Engagement, Behavior, Goals, eCommerce, and Conversions data

Why We Access Your Google Data

Google Ads and Google Analytics reporting are opt-in features within the AZoIntel Analytics Platform. Access to your Google data allows AZoIntel to present this data alongside data from other systems in a single, easy-to-use dashboard eliminating the need to log into multiple systems. AZoIntel strives to present all of this data in a simplified format that even non-technical users can easily navigate and understand. Additionally, based on the results and trends of your Google data, AZoNetwork adds unique personalized analysis and recommendations from its in-house experts.

Security Of Your Data

We take the security of personal data including your Google data seriously. We employ security technology, including firewalls, and encryption to safeguard personal data and have procedures in place to ensure that our systems and databases are protected against unauthorised disclosure, use, loss and damage.

We only use third party service providers where we are satisfied that the security, they provide for your personal data is at least as stringent as we use ourselves.

We also have procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so, if you are based in the UK or EU notification will be made within 72 hours of the breach.

Remove Access To Your Google Data

Access to your Google Data can be removed at any time on the Third-party apps with Account Access page in your Google Account.
